Home Design
Uche specializes in creating one-of-a-kind designs for luxurious coastal and beach homes. He strives to make clients’ home design visions a reality. By utilizing cutting-edge technology and eco-friendly building materials, the firm aims to ensure each design is both energy efficient and cost effective.
Project and Contract Management
Uche offers construction project & contract management services to oversee every aspect of a client’s home construction. The firm guides clients to select the right delivery system for their project and helps shortlist the right builders for the job.
Development Management & Site selection
As an architect that has funded, designed and project managed my own developments. I am able to provide site analysis and evaluation services to assist clients in finding the ideal location for their dream coastal homes. I can assist with assessing and coordinating critical success factors such as the site's topography, soil conditions, local zoning laws, and building codes to determine the feasibility of building on a particular site.
Design Management
Uche often also works for larger government agencies like Kainga Ora (formerly Housing New Zealand) and MBIE (Crown Lands programme) in a Design manager (DM) capacity to manage the agencies briefing documents and evaluate designs for alignment with the brief.
How our design process works
The design process defines the cost, quality and time parameters of each project and we work with cost experts like Quantity surveyors, builders in our network and rely on our previous design experience to guide these aspects of the project. This a critical part of our design philiosophy, we do not believe that you can design in isolation and then go to the market for prices, you need constant cost feedback during the design process. We typically go through five phases in the design process
