The clients on this project were keen on buying this bungalow in Mt Eden, but they were not convinced it could be reconfigured to meet their requirements.

We extended their house around a new swimming pool in a project that involved significant amounts of excavation and civil works, which is not easy in Mount Eden.

The new extension houses the living room and kitchen. The design was heavily influenced by the clients input. Like many of my clients they have a real passion and proficiency in architecture and it was great working with them to build their dream home.
